STANFORD HALL

Stanford Hall, nr Stanford-on-Avon, Leicestershire, (M1 J19).
Members camping available from Friday afternoon until Monday. Self-sponsored event.
Private Tactical in the woods on SATURDAY. Public access and Battle on SUNDAY only.

July 5th - 6th
BRAMCOTE BARRACKS, NUNEATON

Small multi-period event at 30 Signal Regiment, Gamecock Barracks, Bramcote, Nuneaton, CV11 6QN. 30 Signal Regiment Annual Open Day.
Members camping from Friday afternoon, water & toilets available, but members will need to bring own fire wood.
Also showing will be Royal Signals Motorbike Display Team (White Helmets) and the Royal Signals Parachute Display Team and a full blown (modern day) battle, showing a small aspect of daily life in Afghanistan.
Skirmish and Living History displays on SUNDAY only.

CUSWORTH HALL, DONCASTER

Full society event at Cusworth Hall, Cusworth Lane, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN5 7TU. The Museum is located 2 miles north of Doncaster, off the A638 Doncaster to Wakefield Road. It is signposted from the A1 and A638.

ROYAL GUNPOWDER MILLS

Royal Gunpowder Mills, Waltham Abbey, Essex
Members camping available from Friday afternoon until Monday.
Displays on SATURDAY and SUNDAY

Please note there are NO DOGS ALLOWED on site at the Gunpowder Mills.

NORFOLK HERITAGE PARK, SHEFFIELD

August Bank Holiday event at Norfolk Heritage Park, Sheffield, .
Sheffield City Council event with EventPlan staging Multi-Period displays again as part of the Sheffield Fayre.

Battles on Sunday and Monday afternoon. Mounted Cavalry in attendance.
Members camping available from Friday afternoon until Tuesday morning.

ACWS members are invited as individuals to this event. Note this is not a joint event.

SPETCHLEY PARK

Multi-period event by Worcester Re-enactors. Small ACWS Living History displays.
Members camping available from Friday afternoon.

December 6th
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
AND CHRISTMAS DANCE

The ACWS Annual General Meeting and The Christmas Dance are to be held
on the same day at the Alsager Civic Centre, Lawton Road, Alsager, STOKE-ON-TRENT, ST7 2AE, on Saturday 6th December 2008. The AGM will be held in the afternoon and the Dance in the evening.
